Who ships my order?

Your PHD order is sold through Shopify and shipped by Blackbox, a fulfillment company run by the folks from Cards Against Humanity. Questions about your order can be directed to csblackbox.cool. Questions in general about PHD Products can be directed to supportphdcomics.com.

How do I add or delete items from my shopping cart?

We realize this is a new type of cart system, and you might be a little confused at first. To edit the items in your cart, click on the "shopping cart" icon that floats on the right side of the page. Your cart will appear on the right and you can increase or decrease the quantities for the items in your cart. Thanks for trying out something new!

What about T-shirt sizes?

Unisex shirts are standard cotton t-shirts (Gildan, Hanes, etc). Some shirts (such as the "Grad School Babydoll" or the "Tree Hugger" shirts) are meant to be tight-fitting and tend to run smaller. If you like your shirt loose-fitting, please order a larger size for this type of shirt.

How quickly does my order ship?

Express orders received by noon (local time of shipping warehouse in Nevada) will be dispatched same day. Express orders received after noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched the following business day. A standard order received by noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched by the end of the following business day. Orders received after noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched within two following business days. During times of extreme or unexpected order volume, an extra business day may be added to these dispatch times.
